I really enjoy the SuperCue programme and I find that with the regular exercises I can definitely feel I have better balance and strength. As we age it is very important that we are aware of completing our daily routines safely. I enjoy gardening and finding that balance is particularly important on uneven ground. Our tutors make it very enjoyable and by showing both sitting and standing methods allows you to choose, which means that you are not missing out on any of the exercises. I must admit sometimes I don’t feel like doing them but I do feel a lot more revitalised after completing them. It is a bit of the use it or lose it and taking care of ourselves.
