 $69.00 for 12-months access
Get the benefits of SuperCue's hugely popular strength and balance programmes at your finger tips!
Have the freedom to exercise when and where you want, either on your smartphone, tablet, laptop or TV.
You'll have continual access to a library of videos that include:
- A selection of 15-20-minute fully choreographed express exercise programmes that focus on either upper body, lower body or cardio. This allows you to start with shorter programmes, fit them into your schedule and spread them out over the week.
- If you're ready to put more time and effort in, you can choose from our selection of 55-minute fully choreographed exercise programmes. You can choose to play them track by track, or from beginning to end. This gives you the flexibility to start slowly or dive right into it.
- Short video tutorials and downloadable handouts on posture, movement and exercise technique to educate and empower you on how to stay safe and reduce your aches and pains
You'll also get membership to the SuperMovers Community Hub that provides regular tips and education to keep you motivated.
Every 3 months, one of the full programmes will be replaced with a brand new one. This is so important!
- It ensures your workouts reflect the latest research.
- It prevents physical stagnation and decline from constantly repeating the same programme.
- It keeps you learning, stimulated and motivated.

"SuperCue Seniors workouts are a great mix of information - well-paced and executed, and beautifully presented. I’m very happy to promote this programme particularly to allied health, neighbourhood groups, medical practices and rest homes."
- Barbara Mawson physiotherapist and author of “Becoming the Shape of the Chair you Sit in”
"I get to work out on my own schedule. I'm able to stop and replay it if I miss part of it. I can really pace yourself. I also think it's a great idea having the sitting option."
