Instructor FAQs

This means you are licensed to deliver the SuperCue choreographed programmes and to market yourself as a SuperCue Instructor and your classes as SuperCue classes. 
To be licensed you must have completed and passed the 2-day SuperCue Instructor course and either be paying a monthly instructor subscription or have paid in advance for a 12-month instructor subscription.
You will have access to a full 50-minute routine every 3 months.

Becoming a licensed SuperCue Instructor will save you time and money as we will provide you with full 50-minute workouts together with 20 minute express sessions every 3 months.
This includes the licensed music, choreography notes and detailed instructional cues. You will also have access to the Instructor Hub where we will share tips and education on how to keep your workouts fresh. 
The 2-day instructor course will also help you enhance your existing fitness services by learning new ways of cueing exercise technique to your clients so they gain a better understanding and even better results.

No! The 2-day SuperCue Instructor course teaches you the key SuperCue fundamentals and then you are provided with ongoing programmes and support such as detailed choreography notes, music and class  planning.

This is a private forum for licensed SuperCue Instructors only and is accessible from the SuperCue website or from the SuperCue app. 
On the Hub we share tips, education and inspiration, instructors can get their questions answered and share their success stories too!

 And how do I join?
Once you have subscribed as a Licensed SuperCue Instructor you will have access to the Instructor Hub from your Library.

Your initial license must be for a minimum of 12-months. This is at a cost of $32 a month or $336 a year with regular special offers available.

Yes - as long as you have a current SuperCue Instructor License or Instructor Subscription.

If you are not a fully qualified fitness professional, but have completed and passed the 2-day SuperCue Instructor course, you are required to follow the workouts as outlined.  As you have access to more SuperCue programmes you may mix and match the tracks to give you more variety. 
If you are a fully qualified fitness professional, you can combine the SuperCue tracks with other fitness modalities you are qualified to teach.  All instructors have the flexibility to progress or regress the workouts. For non-professional fitness instructors this should be limited to the options provided by SuperCue, however professional instructors may be more creative without losing the structure of the track.

Yes. At the 2-day Instructor course we will provide you with ideas and recommendations, as well as marketing resources and templates. For those who have not had any prior fitness instructor training, we will also provide recommendations for further qualifications if they should choose to become a L2 SuperCue Instructor.

Think of it as becoming a Driving Instructor. You don’t need to know how to fix a car or the finer points of how it works to be able to teach people how to drive safely and efficiently. 
It’s the same for being a group fitness instructor. We teach you what to look out for and how to deal with the most common situations. You’ll learn when to recommend that a client stop exercising and seek medical advice. You’ll learn how to help clients take responsibility for themselves – to monitor how they are feeling and to stop if they experience any pain or have any concerns.
As a SuperCue Instructor you need to be observant, responsive, energetic and have a good dose of common sense.  The rest we can teach you, initially during our 2-day course and then with ongoing learning and support through our Instructor Hub.
