Would you like to take a peak?
Here's your opportunity to have a little taste of our SuperCue programmes.
Notice what sets us apart - our great music, careful selection of exercises, high level of instruction and suitability for all fitness levels.Â
Take a moment to consider the current fitness and mobility of your residents and members. Perhaps some may find these tracks too challenging at first. That's why we provide a seated option. However with a bit of encouragement and guidance, most people are amazed how much they progress. You and they will be surprised just how much they can do!
That's where having a SuperCue Assistant can make a difference too! Our programmes shouldn't just be about a group of people following a video. Our online Assistant training provides your staff or volunteers with everything they need to know to personalise that link between your class participants and the video. We teach them how to support, encourage and motivate to create a safe and enjoyable experience.
Go on - give the tracks a try for yourself!
P.S. Check out the safety tips below before you start.

Before you start...
- Set up your exercise area with a sturdy straight-backed chair, preferably without arms.
- Check you have a clear area free of trip hazards.
- Set up your tablet, smart-TV, laptop or smartphone in a way that it is easy for you to see the screen without looking down.
- Wear appropriate shoes with a bit of support, a flexible sole, and not too heavy. No jandals, slippers, heels or boots please!
- Ideally have a resistance band on hand. Don't worry if you don't. Just do the moves without.
- Click play and just start!! Don’t worry if you can’t keep up or you miss a move – after a few times you will be amazed at just what you can do.
